*课程简介（Description） | 《艺术社会学》是针对全校本科生的一门跨学科性质的选修课。与通常意义的“艺术理论”或“艺术史”相比较，艺术社会学看待具体艺术现象的视角更加宏观，其中牵连到社会、文化、经济、地理、政治等多元因素。对于理解某个艺术事件的成因，或某个艺术概念出现的时间、过程等都会有不同认识。当今艺术与社会的关系比以往任何时候都更紧密复杂，因此无论是用社会学角度回看艺术史，还是解读当代艺术都将是有趣且必要的。本课程将通过对艺术社会学的主要理论文本的研读和讨论，让学生了解和掌握艺术社会学的主要的理论思想和发展脉络。通过对经典文献的研读，不仅要激发学生的理论思考，而且要联系当前的艺术文化实际问题，分析艺术作品与进行艺术相关的经验研究。从而培养学生的理论思维能力和分析艺术作品的批判意识。 |
*课程简介（Description） | The sociology of art is a cross-discipline for all undergraduate students from different disciplines. Unlike the courses of the theory of art and the history of art in general the sociology of art look at art works from more macro perspective which will consider the factors of society, culture, economy, geography and politics impact on art. This summer course is to investigate the historical genesis of the sociology of art and to analyze the practical problems of contemporary art in the Chinese society. The first part will investigate the important theoretical paradigms developed by Theodor W. Adorno, Pierre Bourdieu and Ulrich Oevermann. The contemporary development of the western sociology of art will be discussed. The second part will discuss the sociological analysis of art work and how to do empirical research in the sociology of art. |

*学习目标 (Learning Outcomes) | Presentation of the main stakes of cross-cultural and international relations through the example of China as perceived in various area of culture (philosophy, art, literature, religion) in the French Enlightenment (1700-1800). |
*教学内容 进度安排及要求 (Class Schedule & Requirements) | １. 艺术社会学导论。介绍本课程的基本情况、发展脉络和理论前沿。 ２. 德国的艺术社会学理论。将以阿多諾的美学理论为核心，通过对阿多諾的美學理論的研读，讨论当代德国美学理论与艺术社会学的渊源，以及德国艺术学的理论路径和方法，并运用艺术社会学解读当代艺术作品。 ３. 法国的艺术社会学。以布迪厄的藝術的法則为核心，通过对布迪厄的艺术的法则的研读，讨论法国艺术社会学的发展脉络和理论形态，并分析当代艺术作品。 ４. 艺术的社会功能。通过对布迪厄的区隔理论和藝術之愛的研讨，运用艺术社会学分析当代艺术的社会意义和文化功能。 ５. 美學經驗的社會構成(一)。以台湾的当代艺术展为例，运用艺术社会学理论分析美学经验的构成要素。 ６. 美學經驗的社會構成(二)。以台湾的当代艺术展为例，继续分析美学经验的构成的文化要素。 ７. 美術館的經驗研究。以上海当代艺术馆为例，运用艺术社会理论分析其展览和消费的社会生产情况。 ８. 藝術作品的序列分析。 (每次四小時) １. 艺术社会学导论 ２. 德国的艺术社会学理论 ３. 法国的艺术社会学理论 ４. 艺术的社会功能 ５. 美學經驗的社會構成(一) ６. 美學經驗的社會構成(二) ７. 美術館的經驗研究 ８. 藝術作品的序列分析。 作业要求 Assignment 参观艺术馆、阅读文献 |
