日常生活中的心理学

本课程为面向交大本科生的公选选修课程。 一、 主要教学内容 1、 大学期间应做的几件事——基于生涯发展心理学的视角 1:健康充实的大学历程应包括的因素; 2:学业成就以及知识拓展与未来职业成就的关系; 3:人际交往以及社会活动在大学生活中的地位。 2、 人际交往中的心理现象 1:人际交往中得体的言语和行为标准; 2:如何与挑剔者相处; 3:如何与嫉妒者相处; 4:如何对待恶意的谣言; 5:如果与暴躁者相处; 6:补充性案例分析。 3、 对彼得.德鲁克《个人的管理》一书的阅读与讨论 1:我们所处的时代对知识劳动者的要求; 2:彼得德鲁克的时间管理思想; 3:当代知识劳动者的个人生涯设计应考虑的问题。 4、 身心健康的维持和提高 1:人的基本属性及其寓意; 2:人与几种环境因素的互动; 3:基于生态学思想的身心健康理论; 4:身心健康方面补充性案例研讨。 二、 课程教学目标 传授与人格分析、生涯发展、人际关系、时间管理、个人健康有关的心理学知识,培养相关技能。 三、 本课堂教学特点概述 1、 与大学生日常生活紧密结合; 2、 学生的发言和讨论占一半以上的比例; 3、 强调科学性(老师的结论和建议基于心理咨询实践以及研究报告) This is a Public elective course for undergraduates. 1 Main content of the course 1) The most important things during the period of university -- Based on the perspective of career development psychology; (1) The main factors of the happy and effective campus career; (2) Academic achievement, knowledge development and their relationship with future career achievement (3) Interpersonal and social activities in college life 2) The psychological phenomenon in interpersonal communication (1) Standards of appropriate speech and behavior in interpersonal communication (2) How to get along with the picky (3) How to get along with the jealous; (4) How to deal with rumor; (5) How to get along with the hot tempered person; (6) Supplementary case analysis 3) Reading and discussion to Peter Drucker’s “Personal management” (1) Requirements for knowledge workers of our times (2) Peter Drucker’s time management thought (3) Problems in the design of individual career of contemporary knowledge workers 4) How to maintain and improve the physical and mental health (1) Man’s basic attribute and it’s implication (2) Interaction between human and several environmental factors (3) Physical and mental health theory based on ecological theory (4) Supplementary case analysis 2、The curriculum teaching goal Impart knowledge about personality analysis, career development, interpersonal relationship, time management and personal health, training related skills. 4、 The teaching style of our class 1) Closely combined with the daily life of College students; 2) The students speak and discuss more than half of the proportion of the class 3) Emphasize the scientific nature (the teacher's conclusions and recommendations based on psychological counseling practice and Research Report)
