*课程简介(Description) | Literally, line dance is a kind of dance when people dance in lines. It was originated from west America country dance in the 1970s. At first, people dance with guitar as they clap their hands. With time goes by, it is mixed with European palace style dance and Latin style dance. With its diversity, innovation, and easy to learn, line dance is popular with people of different nationalities, genders and ages. In 2004 line dance came into China, and soon it won great popularity in some large and medium-sized cities because it benefits people’s health both psychically and psychologically and also because it looks cool. To hold class in the university is conducive to promoting its popularization, promotion and development, and it is also helpful to facilitate the national fitness and health activities. Line dance, which involves music, dancing, culture and sports together, has multiple functional values in terms of its benefits to fitness, healthy heart and brain. The relevant research shows that regular line dance exercise can enhance physical fitness, and improve health and the ability of sports. At the same time, with the beautiful melody and varieties of both dynamic and static dancing art form, the dancers enjoy a high level of aesthetic in creating a variety of wonderful artistic combination with beautiful posture by creating artistic dancing styles with sports fitness. In the process of dancing, the dancer not only uses the image of memory, the concept of memory, but also the uses the emotional memory and kinesthetic memory. The class will learn Waltz, Cha-cha, Rumba, Samba, Tango and other different dance styles. The students not only can enhance the physical fitness, develop good posture, improve musical sensibility and aesthetic and expressive ability, but also can cultivate teamwork and innovation ability, and enhance harmonious friendship among teachers and students. |
*学习目标(Learning Outcomes) | 通过调查和总结我国普通高校体育课程设置的现状,综合有关专家对各项指标的意见,依据国家教育部体育司颁发的关于课程体系的文件精神,拟订出普通高校体育排舞课程的教学目标为: 1通过新兴休闲体育运动排舞的学习,使学生认识并初步掌握排舞的基本理论知识,并具备基本技术技能( 每学期学习8--9支排舞) ; 2 促进学生良好身体姿态的形成,增强学生自身体质,并重点提高学生的协调性、灵敏性和柔韧性, 3 提高对音乐的感受力,韵律感。 4 增进学生身心健康,提高大学生的自我保健能力,在终身体育观指导下,培养学生养成排舞终身锻炼的健康的生活方式; 5 培养学生积极主动学习、团结协作、努力进取的优良品质,提高学生的专项素质、审美能力及表现力,全面发展学生综合能力。 |
