课程性质：改革开放以来，我国和世界各国尤其周边国家的联系日趋紧密。作为身处21世纪和全球化背景下的青年学子，掌握更多的关于外国的知识和国际常识，是十分必要的。本课程以战后以来日本的政治制度和政治过程为讲授内容。通过概论日本政治基本的结构和内容及其演变大势，帮助同学了解作为我国重要邻国日本的政治状况的历史、现状及特点，并初步掌握分析外国政治问题的方法和能力。 教学内容： 一 绪论 二 现代日本政治的起点 三 日本的天皇及其制度 四 日本的议会内阁制 五 日本的司法制度 六 日本的政党政治 七 日本的公务员制度 八 日本的利益集团 九 日本媒体的政治功能 十 日本的选举制度 十一 日本的地方自治 十二 日本的政治文化 教学目标：通过讲授现代日本政治过程及制度的基础知识、理论和研究方法，使学生了解国际政治的基本原理和历史过程，形成宽阔的世界视野，掌握正确认识处理国际事务的基本能力。 （英文300-500字） Since reform and opening up, the contacts between our country and countries in the world, especially surrounding countries, are more and more closely. As a student under the background of globalization, it is really necessary to grasp the knowledge about foreign countries and international common sense. This course focus on the post-war Japan's political system and the political process as the teaching content. This course aims to help students to understand our important neighborhood Japan’s history, status quo and characteristics of politics. Thus help them to master the methods of analyzing foreign political problems.
