《建筑赏析》是上海交通大学通识教育核心课程之一，适用于非建筑学专业学生修读。通过介绍建筑学的基本知识、中外建筑简史及重要建筑名作及建筑师，本课程旨在帮助学生扩大建筑艺术领域视野，了解建筑发展的历史、现状和未来，理解建筑设计、历史、美学中的关键词汇及其对建筑发展的影响，从而促进学生对建筑的认识、思考和探索。通过课程学习，学生应初步掌握阅读、体验和分析建筑物的基本方法。

*课程简介（Description）

Reading Architecture (AR901) is one of the Core Courses on General Education Program in Shanghai Jiao Tong University open to non-architecture majors. This course presents general knowledge in architecture, Chinese and Western architectural history, and important architects and their works in introductory level, by means of lectures illustrated with numerous drawings, images and diagrams. It is to help students to broad the vision of architecture field, to be aware of architecture’s past, present and future, to understand the key notions of architectural design, history and aesthetics, as well as their impacts. It is also to encourage students to understand, think and explore architecture and its culture. Students are expected to read, experience and analyze buildings individually in and after this course.

1、了解建筑学的基本知识，能阅读基本的建筑图纸；

2、初步掌握建筑历史（含中国建筑史、外国古代和近现代建筑史）的基本内容；

3、了解当代建筑学的发展背景、前沿和方向；

4、结合作业和参观，学习阅读、观察、体验和分析建筑物的基本方法；

5、提高建筑审美能力和建筑美学素养。

*考核方式 (Grading)

本课程考核主要包括以下两个部分：

1.         平时成绩（占课程成绩的20%）——教学过程中，由助教安排不少于4次的点名。期末时，每位同学提交课程小结，介绍学习课程后的体会、收获或建议。根据考勤和小结情况给出平时成绩。

2.         阅读或参观报告（占课程成绩的80%）——本学期会在周末安排1~2次现场考察；考察由助教实施，本学期选课同学可报名参加，根据座位数按先到先得的顺序报名；亦可自行考察。参加考察的同学可撰写参观报告。不参加考察的同学，可选择自己喜欢的建筑物，结合课程要求，自行搜集资料，撰写阅读报告。报告要求详见教学文件。
